Ready-to-dispatch orders
Orders for available products are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. During launches and busy periods, preparation may take a little longer. Dispatch means the day your parcel leaves us; postal delivery time is additional.
Soap preorders & curing dates
Our cold process soaps need time to cure before they leave the cottage. Where a soap is offered as a preorder, its product page shows a dispatch-from date. This replaces the usual dispatch window for that item and is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Buying a gift for a particular date? Check every item’s dispatch information before ordering. If your basket contains both preorder and ready-to-dispatch products, contact us before checkout to confirm timing and whether separate orders would suit you better.
UK postage
We currently ship within the UK, using tracked postal services where possible. Available delivery services, charges and any qualifying free-delivery offer are shown at checkout for your address and basket.
Local collection & delivery
If collection or local delivery is available for your order, you can select it at checkout. For collection, please wait for your ready-to-collect email before travelling and follow the collection instructions provided.
Availability
Check your chosen size and scent for availability. A sold-out product is not a preorder unless the listing specifically offers that option and gives its timing.
