Refund policy

Due to the nature of our handmade skincare, bath and body products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will happily help resolve the issue.


Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
